Hi everyone! October has been an incredibly busy month for me, which often left me sleep-deprived and dehydrated. Because of this, I focused more on rejuvenating my skin and taking time to myself whenever I could. But this also helped me discover so many of my October 2017 favorites! Keep reading to find out what they were.

Tazo Pumpkin Spice Chai

October 2017 Favorites | Tazo Chai Pumpkin Spice Tea

Since I’m trying to cut back on my caffeine consumption, I’ve been substituting coffee for tea. Recently, I tried the Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Chai Tea Latte and instantly fell in love. A few days later, I randomly discovered the Tazo Chai Pumpkin Spice Tea while browsing the aisles at Target. Pumpkin spice and chai tea are two separate things I love so I had to get the Tazo Chai Pumpkin Spice Tea. When I went home, I brewed a cup of tea and added some hazelnut creamer to turn it into a latte. I didn’t add sweetener so it’s not as sweet as Starbucks’s pumpkin spice chai tea latte but I was still satisfied! Plus, one whole box of Tazo Chai Pumpkin Spice Tea costs less than a grande-sized Pumpkin Spice Chai Tea Latte from Starbucks.

Jan Marini Clean Zyme Cleanser & Zyme Skin Mask

Jan Marini Clean Zyme Cleanser & Skin Zyme Mask | Product Review

Next, I recently received complimentary samples of the Jan Marini Clean Zyme and Skin Zyme to test and review. The two products work as a duo — you apply the Skin Zyme face mask for 20 minutes and wash it off with the Clean Zyme cleanser. After testing the products for the first time, I was instantly impressed with the results! I woke up the next day with clearer, brighter skin. Altogether, the duo retails for $90 USD but it’s worth the splurge. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a clearer and brighter complexion.

PIL’ATEN Pore Strips Black Mask

Another one of my October 2017 favorites is the PIL’ATEN Pore Strips Black Mask. I’m a little late but now I understand the craze around blackhead removing charcoal masks! My sister ordered a pack of the PIL’ATEN Pore Strips Black Mask and gave me a handful to try. The first time I tried the PIL’ATEN Pore Strips Black Mask, I saw immediate results. Right away, my skin felt much softer and smoother. I definitely recommend it to anyone with oily, acne-prone skin.

Sérumtolôgié Vitamin C Serum °22

October 2017 Favorites | Sérumtolôgié Vitamin C Serum °22

Then, I’ve been focusing more on skincare this month and another one of my October 2017 favorites is the Sérumtolôgié Vitamin C Serum °22. Although I usually have combination acne-prone skin, the changing weather has caused my skin to be dry and dehydrated. To remedy this problem, I started using the Sérumtolôgié Vitamin C Serum °22. It contains 5% hyaluronic acid, which instantly brought rehydration to my skin. The serum also contains vitamins C and E, antioxidants, and other anti-aging ingredients — it’s definitely worth the splurge!

And finally, it’s no secret that I’m a huge One Direction fan. Since they’ve gone on hiatus, each member has been working on solo releases. This month, Niall released his debut solo album and I love it! The album is completely different from 1D’s sound; it reminds me of John Mayer and Shawn Mendes. I love that it displays Niall’s own sound and personality. My favorite song off the album is “On the Loose” and I can’t wait to see him on tour!
