The end of the holiday season means semi-annual sales and chances to treat yourself to a post-holiday haul. And that’s exactly what I did this season. All in good reason, of course. So I took advantage of some semi-annual sales to replenish my favorite beauty and skincare products. Not to mention, I also decided to spoil myself by trying new products I’ve been eyeing. Keep scrolling to see what I got in my post-hauliday… I mean post-holiday haul.

1) Glossier Futuredew
First, I got Glossier’s Futuredew.
Glossier’s Futuredew is an oil serum hybrid that gives your skin a dewy glow. You apply Futuredew on your face after your moisturizer, serum, and sunscreen. Best of all, the serum is dermatologist tested and suitable for all skin types. Also, it is a top-rated product because it’s enhancing, moisturizing, and nourishing. Not to mention, Glossier’s Futuredew is cruelty-free, noncomedogenic, and vegan.
You can find a 1 fl. oz. bottle of Glossier’s Futuredew online for $24.
2) Glossier Balm Dotcom
Next, I got Glossier’s Balm Dotcom in my post-holiday haul.
Glossier’s Balm Dotcom is a universal skin salve and lip balm that provides long-lasting hydration. The cult-favorite lip balm comes in a range of both tinted and untinted formulas such as Original, Rose, Birthday, Cherry, Mint, Coconut, Mango, Berry, and Cookie Butter. I got Balm Dotcom in Mango, which is “fresh and juicy, with a peachy rose tint.”
Since my skin and lips have been extremely dry during the winter weather, I apply Glossier’s Balm Dotcom before going out. Or whenever I feel like my lips need an extra boost of moisture. I love that it smells delicious and hydrates my lips at the same time.
I would recommend Balm Dotcom to anyone who needs an extra boost of moisture on their lips or skin.
A 0.5 fl. oz. tube of Glossier Balm Dotcom is available online for $12. Find your favorite flavor now!
3) Glossier Boy Brow
Then, I got Glossier’s Boy Brow.
Boy Brow is a grooming pomade that is brushable and creamy. Meanwhile, the pomade thickens and shapes your brows into place. Additionally, Glossier’s Boy Brow is conditioning and cruelty-free. The pomade comes in a variety of shades from Clear, Blond, Auburn, Brown, and Black.
Since I have ash brown balayage hair, I decided to go with the shade Brown. Normally, I use Boy Brow on days that I have work or am running errands. I like that it makes my eyebrows thicker and fuller, but still natural-looking.
Glossier’s Boy Brow is both dermatologist and ophthalmologist tested. The pomade is produced without fragrance or alcohol and is suitable for all skin types.
For $16, you can get an 0.11 oz tube of Glossier’s Boy Brow in your perfect shade.
4) Tarte BB Tinted Treatment Primer
Moving forward, I got Tarte’s BB Tinted Treatment Primer in my post-holiday haul.
Tarte’s BB Tinted Treatment Primer is an all-in-one moisturizer, primer, and foundation with SPF 30 sunscreen. In a consumer panel study, 100% of subjects noticed their skin texture was better, which helped for makeup application.
For myself, I have been using Tarte’s BB Tinted Treatment Primer on daily use. I find that it provides the right amount of coverage I need, plus sun protection. Also, I like how it evens out my skin texture and provides a clean canvas for when I want to do a fuller face of makeup.
Tarte’s BB Tinted Treatment Primer is available in a range of shades from Fair, Light, Medium, Medium Tan, Tan, Tan Deep, Deep, and Rich. You can find your favorite shade online at Ulta for $37.00.

5) The Body Shop Hand Cream
Following Tarte’s BB Tinted Treatment Primer is the Body Shop’s Hand Cream.
The Body Shop’s Hand Cream is a cruelty-free, moisturizing hand cream that’s perfect for purses or on-the-go travel. Therefore, I like to keep the hand cream in my purse for portable purposes. I also like the Body Shop’s Hand Cream because it is soft and moisturizing.
I would recommend the Body Shop’s Hand Cream to anyone who suffers from dry, flaky skin. Especially during the wintertime.
6) COSRX AHA/BHA Clarifying Treatment Toner
Then, I purchased COSRX’s AHA/BHA Clarifying Treatment Toner.
COSRX’s AHA/BHA Clarifying Treatment Toner is a gentle daily exfoliating toner that improves skin texture. As part of my daily skincare routine, I apply the toner all over my face and neck with a cotton pad. I especially like COSRX’s AHA/BHA Clarifying Treatment Toner because it’s gentle on my sensitive skin and doesn’t overdry my face during the wintertime.
Therefore, the toner is suitable for all skin types. Especially those with dull, dry skin. I would also recommend the toner to anyone who has acne-prone skin. If you’d like to try it for yourself, you can get a 5.07 oz bottle for $20 at Ulta.
7) Ardell Magnetic Lash Accent #001
Next, I re-purchased Ardell’s Magnetic Lash Accent #001.
Ardell’s Magnetic Lash Accent #001 is a set of upper and bottom magnetic lashes that don’t require any adhesive. So they’re easy to apply and remove. Despite the lash set’s low rating, I like them for more casual uses. I like them so much, I even listed them in one of my previous monthly favorites!
Not to mention, I feel like they require less effort and are less messy than other faux lashes that require adhesive glue.
So I would recommend this set to anyone who’s a beginner and wants to easily enhance their lashes. You can find a set for $13.99 at Ulta.
8) ColourPop Lippie Stix in “Parker”
Lastly, I bought a ColourPop Lippie Stix in the matte shade, “Parker.”
ColourPop’s Lippie Stix is a full coverage, ultra-matte lipstick that comes in a variety of shades. I purchased the shade, “Parker,” which is a matte mid-tone warm nude. I like how the lippie smoothly glides onto my lips and lasts long. Not to mention, it’s so affordable!
You can find the Lippie Stix at Ulta for $7.
To conclude, I celebrated the end of the holiday season by treating myself to a post-holiday haul. I mostly purchased beauty and skincare items from Glossier and Ulta. From Glossier, I purchased the Futuredew serum, Balm Dotcom, and Boy Brow. Then from Ulta, I got Tarte’s BB Tinted Treatment Primer, the Body Shop’s Hand Cream, COSRX’s AHA/BHA Clarifying Treatment Toner, Ardell’s Magnetic Lash Accents, and ColourPop’s Lippie Stix in the matte shade “Parker.”
I can’t wait to incorporate these products into my new year routine. I’m sure they will help me refresh my beauty and skincare regimen.
