  1. I love this post! I am graduate looking for internships and it gets so frustrating sometimes! As someone who blogs, how do you make that clear in your resume – I am struggling to put it into words! Do you have any advice on cover letters too?

    1. Thank you for the wonderful words! I actually forgot to mention that I blog on my resume. Instead, I just mentioned it when I went into my interview. They were really impressed with that. I think maybe you could list blogging in your skills section. As for cover letters, I haven’t done any. I’ll get back to you when I do! And good luck with the internship search. Just remember that confidence is key! xx

  2. SO. MANY. GOOD. TIPS! Last year I had the opportunity to interview and hire an intern of my very own and I can’t tell you how many applicants lost out because they couldn’t be bothered to send me an appropriate resume or show up in decent clothes. And now that I’m on the job hunt myself, it’s important to remember some of the simplest things like introducing myself to people who just might happen to be exactly who I need to be talking to like you did. This is a great post and I wish you the best of luck in your internship! Congrats on nailing it!
