      A lot of these things are basic but I had to relearn them at age 25. I love to sleep in too but now I’ve gotten so used to eating breakfast, I feel sick if I don’t! Plus, it helps maintain your metabolism and I’ve lost 10 pounds, partly due to eating more often. x

      1. Wow 10 pounds is quite a feat! I actually ballooned when I was eating breakfast and lunch. Probably because my meals weren’t exactly healthy. I skip breakfast and have meal replacement shake for lunch and lost 6 pounds in a month. Probably not the best way to go about it, so I’ll definitely retry your approach!

        1. Well, exercise also helped me lose the weight! But yes, breakfast helps regulate your metabolism and keeps you from overeating throughout the day. Even if it’s just a granola bar, toast, or fruit, it’s still something to get your metabolism going in the morning. Definitely try it and tell me how it works for you! x
