Doritos 3D Crunch and Other January 2021 Favorites
Can you believe the first month of 2021 is nearly over? January flew by for me. I’ve been busy applying for jobs and doing almost daily interviews. Hence, the lack of posts for this month. But one post I can’t skip out on is my monthly favorites! My favorites for this month include the re-release of Doritos 3D Crunch. I’m sure all my fellow 90s babies remember those chips. Read on for more of my January 2021 favorites!

Doritos 3D Crunch
First, the return of Doritos 3D Crunch was one of my January favorites. If you don’t recall, Doritos 3D Crunch first debuted in 1998. Then in 2004, the popular chips were discontinued. But now, Doritos 3D’s are back and better! And I had the privilege of collaborating with Doritos to promote their product launch.
So far, I’ve tried the Chili Cheese Nacho flavor. The chips are crispy, crunchy, and airy. And just like other Doritos chips, the Chili Cheese Nacho was packed with bold flavors. The chips were so good, my family instantly finished the sample bag I got!
A 6-ounce bag of chips retails for $4.29. Also, a 2-ounce bag retails for $1.89. You can find both flavors at your nearest Kroger store. And you better hurry before they’re gone again!
Crispy Wave Fern
My next January favorite is my new crispy wave fern plant. It’s a houseplant that’s also known as a “Bird’s Nest Fern.”
Like almost everyone else, I’ve been trying to start growing plants. But it turns out that I don’t have a green thumb.
So my boyfriend’s mom got me a crispy wave fern because it’s low maintenance. The plant doesn’t require direct sunlight. Instead, it prefers medium and indirect light.
Since it’s wintertime, I only water the plant once a week. According to Indoor Home Garden’s crispy wave fern care guide, it is recommended to mist the leaves once or twice a day during the winter. This helps provide moisture without overwatering the plant.
Also, it thrives in a humid, tropical-like environment. And best of all, the plant naturally purifies the air!
If you want one for yourself, you can find a 2.5″ pot for $6.99 at Walmart.
JOAH Beauty Crystal Glow Collection
Then, another one of my January favorites is the JOAH Beauty Crystal Glow Collection. The collection is JOAH Beauty’s newest release, which debuted on January 12th. Thanks to Influenster and JOAH Beauty, I received a complimentary kit of the new collection before the launch date.
JOAH Beauty’s Crystal Glow Collection is a combination of makeup and skincare. The brand new collection includes three products: Refreshing Luminizer Skin Mist, Tinted Luminizer Stick, and Jelly Bomb Highlighter. Each product contains peptides to help brighten and clarify your skin.
The Refreshing Luminizer Skin Mist is a facial spray that preps, hydrates, refreshes, and sets your skin. Hyaluronic acid helps hydrate your skin while hibiscus flower extract purifies your skin. You can use it on the go, before and after applying your makeup, or even before bedtime. The skin mist is suitable for all skin types. You can find the Refreshing Luminizer Skin Mist online or at your local CVS for $19.99.
JOAH Beauty’s Tinted Luminizer Stick a multitasking stick for highlighting and contouring your face. Also, it contains Crystalide for an all-over radiance. The Tinted Luminizer Stick also comes with a built-in brush to contour and blend the product. It’s available in 10 adaptable shades. Find your shade online or at your local CVS for $15.99!
The Jelly Bomb Highlighter is a highlighter with a jelly texture that provides a natural, glowing finish. You don’t need a brush to apply it. You can just use your fingertips! And you can use it on your face and your body for an all-over glow. The Jelly Bomb Highlighter can be found online or at your local CVS for $11.99.

The Day Designer
I’ve been using the Day Designer for three years now. Before that, I was using the Erin Condren Life Planner. But I made the switch because the Day Designer‘s layout included everything I want in a planner. The Day Designer helps me batch/prioritize my tasks, time block my schedule, and even reflect on what I’m grateful for.
Bliss What a Melon Replenishing Watermelon Toner
Lastly, the Bliss What a Melon Replenishing Watermelon Toner is one of my January favorites. The toner is vegan, cruelty-free, and alcohol-free. I’ve been using the toner for a few months and finally emptied the bottle.
The Bliss What a Melon Replenishing Watermelon Toner is a light and refreshing toner that energizes tired and stressed skin. The toner also removes toxins and dead cells from the skin’s surface.
Since using the toner, I noticed my skin texture has been smoother. Also, I’ve had fewer acne breakouts. I would recommend the Bliss What a Melon Replenishing Watermelon Toner to those with oily, acne-prone skin like me.
You can find the Bliss What a Melon Replenishing Watermelon Toner at Ulta or your local drugstore for $17.00.
So there you have it! Those are my favorites for January. Some of my top picks for this month included the return of Doritos 3D Crunch, my new crispy wave fern houseplant, JOAH Beauty’s latest Crystal Glow Collection, the Day Designer, and the Bliss What a Melon Replenishing Watermelon Toner. Stay tuned for next month’s favorites!
