Mario Badescu Rosewater Facial Spray: Product Review

Springtime is my favorite time of the year. Flowers are in bloom, the weather is warmer, and there are way more outdoor activities to do. With the changing of the seasons also comes the changing of your skincare routine. I have combination, acne-prone skin so I definitely need to switch from winter products to summer products. We’re about halfway through April but we’ve already reached 90 degrees here in California. It’s so hot, I prefer to keep my makeup light so I don’t have to worry about sweating it off. When I do wear makeup, I need something to keep my skin feeling fresh throughout the day… preferably a face spray. The Mario Badescu Rosewater Facial Spray has been on my wishlist for quite some time now and I finally got around to buying it. And here’s my review of it!

Mario Badescu Rosewater Facial Spray: Product Review

According to Ulta, the Mario Badescu Facial Spray with Aloe, Herbs and Rosewater is:

A refreshing, hydrating mist to use anywhere anytime. Simply formulated with fragrant herbal extracts and rosewater for a pleasant, pick me up for dehydrated, tight and uncomfortable skin. Spray your day and night creams for a boost of hydration or use it to set make-up or spray on dry hair throughout the day. Safe for all skin types. Gentle, non-irritating.

Cons of the Product

My only complaint about the Mario Badescu Facial Spray with Aloe, Herbs and Rosewater is that it doesn’t work well as a toner. As previously stated, I have sensitive acne-prone skin. I would personally prefer a toner that does more than hydrate my skin but there are other products that fulfill those tasks. If anything, the Mario Badescu Facial Spray with Aloe, Herbs and Rosewater is just a facial spray to refresh your skin throughout the day.

Final Verdict

Although the Mario Badescu Facial Spray with Aloe, Herbs and Rosewater doesn’t tone as well as other products, it works well to re-hydrate your skin. I absolutely love floral scents, I could just spray it anywhere! Plus, it’s only $7 for 4 fl. oz. It’s super cheap and it’ll last awhile. The Mario Badescu Facial Spray with Aloe, Herbs and Rosewater has easily become one of my favorite products and I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

    1. This is my first product I’ve tried from them and I love it! I love how their products are so affordable and beneficial to your skin. I had no idea you can get free samples for signing up to their newsletter! I’m gonna have to try that next time. Thanks for sharing. x
