In my last post, I had mentioned that I recently got an Erin Condren Life Planner (ECLP). After watching all these “plan with me” videos on YouTube, I’ve been inspired to start my own series. Rather than posting weekly, I’m only going to post once a month. I think it’s a great way to showcase my creative side and I can also share with you how I stay organized. Honestly, I cannot live without my planner. I’d go crazy! I’ve also recently started bullet journaling so I’m still trying to figure out how to implement that into my ECLP. This is the first month I started planning so it’s not as extravagant as other planners but let’s take a look at September!
Here is an at-a-glance view of September. I always color code things so it’s easier for me to look at. This month, I wrote holidays and special days in brown, personal matters and internship in light green, work in dark green, school in red, and blog stuff in blue.
This is week 1 of September, before I ordered any stickers from Etsy. I drew the water drops by hand to track my water intake. You can also see I did a bit of bullet journaling and color coding. I actually found the cute little forest animal stickers from the $1 section at Target.
In week 2, I was still trying to figure out how to utilize all the boxes. I’m proud of all the space I filled up though! You can also see that I got water drop stickers. They’re from Stickeriffic on Etsy. I also got the super cute weekend banners from Frosty’s Agenda on Etsy.
For week 3, I started listing my to do items in the sidebar. You can see that it’s mostly school work. I also attempted to meal plan, which only lasted a day. The food stickers are some a sample sheet from Stickeriffic. All the icons, boxes, bubbles, and heart checklists were from a kit I got from PlannerWonderland on Etsy. I love her stickers and she ships from San Francisco so I get the stickers in just a few days.
Week 4 was kind of plain because I worked all week. The only day I had off was Wednesday and I didn’t really give my planner much attention. The super chic and girly floral stickers are from The Poppy Print Shop on Etsy. I love their stickers because it definitely matches my personality and aesthetic. Apparently September 25th was Comic Book Day so I had to include a drawing of Comic Book Guy from The Simpsons!
Finally, week 5 was the last week of September. I started being a little more organized and uniform with my sticker placement and color coding. I put all the important things, like work and meetings, for the day in the top box. In the middle box, I listed all my to do items and I left the bottom boxes for random things.
That’s it for September! As you can see, I’ve already gotten my stickers for October. Fall is finally here and I can’t wait to show you my spread for next month! In the comments, tell me what you’re looking forward to this season. Don’t forget to like and subscribe if you want to see more similar posts. Until then, have a lovely day! xx
