Piazza Del Pane Italian Cafe

If you know me well, you know that my sister and I like to travel and try new foods together. The other day, we decided to try Piazza Del Pane Italian Cafe, a local restaurant, because they haveΒ endless mimosasΒ for brunch on Sundays. Unfortunately, we didn’t go on a Sunday. So we just grabbed a light lunch with some adult beverages, of course. We sat in the patio and enjoyed ourselves because it was a nice day out. I loved the whole atmosphere of the restaurant; it felt like we weren’t in our city at all.Β Alright, enough rambling. I know you want to see some food pictures!

Even the menu was as fancy as the restaurant setting. There were so many delicious dishes to choose from. It was so overwhelming!

We missed the endless mimosas but we got drinks anyway.

*insert heart eyes* Doesn’t this all look colorful and tasty? We try to make up for our adult beverages with healthy entrees.

I’m a Californian so of course I love avocados! I also wanted some protein so I settled for the basil chicken sandwich, which comes with fresh mozzarella, avocado, tomato, spinach, and basil aioli on ciabatta bread. Fries would’ve been too filling so I asked for a side salad.

My sister got the very colorful and healthy quinoa kale salad, which consists of roasted beets, watermelon, oranges, spicy candied almonds, and basil champagne vinaigrette.

Everything was so delicious, I definitely need to go back! My sister and I still need to try the endless mimosas on Sunday. I love Italian food so much! And it’s crazy how I drive past this restaurant every day but never tried it until now.

  1. Yum, this looks so good!! I was reading your bio and realized you’re from CALI! Which I am too! But, I couldn’t find out where you are from so I google searched this restaurant hoping you were near LA, but you’re in fresno?! 😦 so sad, i wish we could have met up!
