Hi everyone! I can’t believe 2015 is coming to an end because this year flew by so quickly! I’ve experienced so many things, learned (and relearned) important life lessons, and have personally progressed as a young adult. Let’s recap 2015 and go over my 2016 goals!
2015 Recap
It’s been a great year full of ups and downs. First of all, I’ve learned a lot about myself and continue to develop my own character. Secondly, I’ve learned how to control my emotions and how to react to certain situations. Then, I’ve learned who my real (and fake) friends are. Next, I worked a lot and learned how to be more professional. Also, I had the opportunity to intern with a wonderful nonprofit organization and finally graduated college. And as a birthday gift to myself, I switched to WordPress.org and you can see my blog’s annual report. Not bad for just 6-7 months!
2016 Goals

What a great idea to put all your resolutions in your planner! I think I might do the same thing then and it’s always a good idea to separate them by category. Happy New Year!

You have such cute and neat handwriting! Some of my goals for 2016 are to start rock climbing again, practice yoga more often, and drink more water π
Avec Valerie
LeanneAww, thank you! Yes, yoga is great. We have a rock climbing gym here. I’ve only gone once, I need to get over my fear of heights first! Happy new year, lovely π
Leanne
Avec ValerieWhat’s the name of the rock climbing gym? I might know it! I am actually quite scared of heights myself. I once finished an easy problem on a very tall wall and had to wait at the top, looking down, because someone else had already started climbing up. I totally freaked out hahah.
Happy 2016 π
Avec Valerie
LeanneIt’s called Metalmark, have you heard of it? I’m also so close to Yosemite, my friends climb up there a lot! Oh yeah, I can NEVER look down when I climb up. Even when I’m waiting to come back down, I still have to look up. It’s that bad!
Leanne
Avec ValerieNope, had to look it up! I know a handful of the Touchstone gyms, but only the ones in the Bay Area. I actually invested in a pair of rock climbing shoes and they’ve just been sitting in my gym bag for months now, so that’s one of my main motivators–can’t let that investment go to waste π
Avec Valerie
LeanneYes, you definitely have to put those climbing shoes to use! My friend got a membership at the rock climbing gym and she has toned up sooo much!
